Done.ai Group AB is a Swedish technology company providing business management software to Norwegian and European customers. Our vision is to create one integrated platform for all business needs — CRM, accounting, invoicing, marketing, MRP, HR, and beyond.

Done.ai operates through subsidiaries in Norway, including Done Accounting AS and Done Services AS. Our headquarters is located in Stockholm, Sweden, with CEO Staffan Herbst leading operations across the Nordic region.
Due Diligence Framework
Done.ai has established internal procedures to identify, assess, and address risks related to human rights and decent working conditions in our operations and supply chain. We maintain a “Standards of Business Conduct” document that all partners and suppliers must acknowledge and adhere to.

Our primary suppliers and partners include major cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), enterprise software vendors, and professional services firms. All major partners maintain their own published transparency reports and human rights policies that we have reviewed as part of our due diligence.
