CollegeHub wanted to know what was actually paying
A young Danish clothing brand had already won its place. It gave itself six months to find out which part of the effort was earning it — then took the whole thing in-house.

- CollegeHub
- Clothing, founded in Denmark
- Five markets
- Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands
- Six months
- From first meeting to running it themselves
Where they started
CollegeHub had wind in its sails and knew it.
A young, ambitious company that had taken a clear position in a crowded clothing market in very little time, on a solid range and a lot of energy.
Too many balls in the air
The problem with moving that fast is that plenty of things get started and nobody can say which of them is paying. Marketing was running on several fronts at once, with no one holding it together and no structure for telling the profitable work from the expensive kind.
Growth was there. Whether it was worth what it cost was a different question, and one they could not answer.
How we help them change
They brought in help for six months — not to hand the marketing over permanently, but to get a foundation built and then run it themselves.
That meant measurement they could trust before anything else, spending only where the numbers said it paid, and leaning properly on the customers they already had. A brand that gets people to come back does not have to buy every single sale, and for a young company that is the difference between growth that funds itself and growth that eats the profit.
Our part in it
- Six months as consultants: built the analytics foundation with server-side tracking, so decisions rested on real numbers instead of what each channel claimed for itself
- Set up the structure across Shopify, Klaviyo, paid social, Google Ads and Snapchat, so returning customers came back without heavy advertising behind them and new ones came through the channels that cost least
- Handed the whole thing over to CollegeHub's own team, documented and running, and stepped out
“WeAssist became part of CollegeHub in 2024, and the results we are achieving together have been really strong. That is largely to their credit.”
112%
Increase in profitable growth.
Over the six-month period
Where they are now
CollegeHub runs it themselves, across five markets, on numbers they can stand behind.
